Gemma is a qualified solicitor with over 12 years post-qualification experience specialising predominantly in Leasehold Reform matters. Gemma cut her teeth at several well-known London city firms providing her with a wealth of experience and technical knowledge. Gemma joined Pier in 2023 to head up our legal department, overseeing all facets of legal work. Outside of work Gemma has a busy family life but enjoys watching Liverpool FC and F1.
