We have worked hard to ensure the App is more user friendly than the web-based ‘Tenant Portal’.
It’s completely free to download just search for ‘Pier Management’ in either Google Play or Apple app stores. Existing Tenant Portal users can use their current credentials to log in.
Users can quickly view their account, make payments in just a few clicks and update their personal information.
We continually strive to improve our customer service offering and will be investing heavily in the App, and the Tenant Portal, over the coming months to provide further digital functionality.
