Selling Your Property

Should you wish to sell your property there are certain procedures that you will need to follow as stated by your lease. Pier Management represents the Freeholder within this process, as a result of this you will need to contact us to obtain information about your lease agreement, ground rent and insurance policies. To begin the pre-sales process we will need to receive a written request from your solicitor for a Solicitors Information Pack.

The Solicitors Information Pack includes your up-to-date Ground Rent accounts, insurance information and details of the Landlord’s notice requirements.  This pack will also contain the contact details of the Management Company or Managing Agents who collect service charges on behalf of the Landlord. Our Pre-Sales Enquiries Team can also assist you with Deeds of Covenant, Licences to Assign and Certificates of Compliance.

Once we have processed your Solicitor’s request you will then be notified of the fee for this service; alternatively a list of our fees can be found here- PRE SALE FEE SCHEDULE 2018. Once your fee has been received your pack will be dispatched within 10 to 14 working days. We do currently offer an Express Service for an additional fee and for which the pack will be provided within 3 to 5 working days.  If you would like to request a Solicitors Information Pack, then please instruct your solicitor to send a written request to the following address:
