Pier Management provides you with a variety of payment methods as listed below. This enables you to select the payment method which best suits your needs, ensuring all payments can be made on time and with a minimum of inconvenience.

Please ensure that you include your reference with your chosen payment method, which can be found at the top of your invoice.

If you wish to pay by BACS transfer then please use the following banking details to do so:

Credit or Debit card ↓

If you wish to pay by credit or debit card then you can do so via secure online payment by clicking one of the ‘Online Payment’ tabs found here and on the top right of the site.

Alternatively you can pay by phone, simply call 01702 303333 and a member of our team will be happy to process your payment.

Please ensure you have the correct reference for your preferred payment.

The best way to make payments is directly via the Tenant Portal. You can also use this facility to view your account and any important documents which have been saved.
